Are travel expenses included in your packages or are they an additional cost?
A.Travel fees are included for all locations within 25 miles of the zip code 33625 at no extra cost. Any distance beyond that will have a $25 travel fee to account for time and mileage.
Do you require a deposit to book a session?
A.To fully book a session with me, I require a contract to be signed and a $50 nonrefundable retainer fee.
The retainer fee is put towards your total session cost so the day of your session you only owe the remaining balance.
How long does it take to receive the final gallery of photos and how will I receive them?
A.My current turnaround time for photos is 2-3 weeks. This gives me enough time to carefully hand-edit each photo in your gallery!
Once I am done editing all of your photos, I will upload them into a passcode protected online viewing gallery and send you the link for it to your email.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A.If you need to fully cancel a session with me, you will not receive the $50 nonrefundable retainer fee back but there will be no other actions needed from you.
If you wish to reschedule a session with me, your $50 retainer fee will be transferred to the new session so you are able to book for another available date I have without having to pay any additional fees.
